I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with roots in Co-Active and Positive Intelligence training and years of experience supporting clients through professional transitions, life pivots, and the kind of change that doesn't fit neatly into a job description.

The coaching field is evolving. Co-Active and ICF are both updating their certification, credentialing and mentor coaching requirements, and I'm evolving with it. My approach has always been a blend: pure coaching, mentor coaching, somatic awareness, creative tools, and dancing in the moment with what is true. That hasn't changed.

I work best with people who want space to be witnessed, championed, encouraged and sometimes challenged.

Are you afraid you might not get support from those around you if they knew what you truly were aiming for in life?

Are you ready for a change, but it's complicated?

Are you highly successful by other people's standards, and long for something entirely different?

In our work together we'll define the goals for our coaching relationship, the obstacles, and the limiting beliefs between where you are now and where you truly long to be. Sessions draw from an eclectic toolkit of  Co-Active methodology, Positive Intelligence, somatic awareness, Movement Medicine®, Kathy Tyler & Joy Drake’s Angel Cards, various animal cards, creativity through writing and movement — designed specifically for you.

For coaches in training: I have guided many coaches through Co-Active certification and ICF credentialing using my own blended method. As the profession standardizes its mentor coaching requirements, I am deepening my own training and credentials to meet the moment. If you are a coach seeking a mentor who understands both the technical and the human dimensions of this process, I'd love to connect.

  • I believe therapy and coaching are great complements. As a coach I am bound to legal and ethical standards, similar to but not identical to those of a licensed therapist. As a coach, I will not give you a diagnosis or label. I see you as whole and complete, not broken or needing to be fixed. In simple terms, therapy primarily lives in the land of the past and coaching primarily lives in the land of the present and future. In the early stages of a new coaching engagement there will be a period of getting to know you and your past, however, it is not the land we will live in. If I notice recurring patterns of unresolved issues from the past, I will name it as such and suggest you speak with your therapist or refer you to a licensed processional.

  • The International Coaching Federation (ICF) sets the highest standard for ethical guidelines, credentialing, provides thought leadership, on-going training and mentoring for professional trained coaches. As an ICF credentialed coach (PCC), currently deepening my mentor coaching qualifications, I am committed to its core values (integrity, excellence, collaboration and respect) and ethics, and take care to consult with mentors, engage in on-going professional development and offer my time as a mentor coach.

  • Co-Active coaching is a foundational methodology developed by the Co-Active Training Institute. At its core it means "being in action together" — a collaborative, whole-person approach that helps you stretch your sightline, move beyond your comfort zone, and design the life you actually want to live. My work is rooted in Co-Active principles, integrated with somatic and movement-based tools.
